Agata Tyszkiewicz

25 years of experience in Strategic Communications, Public Relations and Public Affairs in international institutions and business, worked for public administration and business in USA and Europe (France, Austria, UK, Scotland, Belgium, Poland). Located in Vienna/Austria and NYC/USA, she coordinated communications and public affairs programs for international corporations, such as: United Technologies Corporation (Pratt&Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, Otis Elevators, Hamilton Standard), RJR Nabisco, Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Arcelor, Microsoft, HP and many others. Involved in the process of setting up a structure of NIFs (National Investment Funds) in Poland, participated in a privatization of major enterprises, e.g.: Frantschach Swiecie, Emalia Olkusz, Polar S.A. etc. She successfully handled negotiations with trade unions and was engaged in the overall privatization of Polish spirit industry, representing Vin&Sprit (Sweden), Eckes AG (Germany) and CEDC (USA). She developed long-term strategies, including corporate and brand communications, for the companies undergoing changes, while establishing a platform for dialogue with all key stakeholders. She was responsible for repositioning of major brands and bringing them to the higher level. Based in Brussels she was responsible for the implementation of selected EU programs. President and CEO of Rowland/Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis Consultants|Rowland, Publicis Groupe (SAMS – Small Agencies Marketing Services), based in Warsaw and in Paris, she was responsible for the company development, including the supervision of international accounts with special focus on EU countries and Russia. She headed strategic teams appointed to develop tailor-made strategies and communications programs for various international and local brands within all sectors (FMCG, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Sports, Household, Military, Energy, Automotive and Railway, Food & Beverages, IT and many others). Designed and coordinated the implementation of internal communications programs (one-voice strategic approach) for the benefit of employees. She was responsible for ongoing audit and monitoring of the brands and companies’ perception by general audience. Took part and coordinated international mergers (e.g. Arcelor – Mittal Steel) as well as educational programs in Brussels (e.g. climate change). Adviser to the Polish Commissioner for Civil Rights Protection, organized and supervised visits and high ranking meetings in Ireland, Poland and in Brussels, while coordinating the implementation of social programs and cooperation with international NGOs. Nominated as a Strategic Advisor to the Ministry of Education, she is engaged with Marshall Offices and local authorities throughout Europe, handling the introduction of innovative education and employability model based on ICT. She coo-works on ongoing basis with selected Universities in Poland, EU countries and US, as well as with leading academics and individuals within the field of innovative and challenging education. She is an author of a unique program that – based on public administration competencies – sets a model of cooperation via creating synergy of financing the education (LLL / Long Life Learning). Coordinates public consultations in order to negotiate and establish solutions that enable fast finalization of the projects while taking care of transparency and efficiency. Successfully handles and coordinates implementation processes with respect to public investments and government programs. Agata is involved with numerous NGOs worldwide, as an approval of her involvement combining social cause with other sectors’ interest – she was acknowledged internationally and received in USA a title „The Best CSR Executive”.
Agata Tyszkiewicz holds a master’s degree in political sciences with minor in international relations from the University of Warsaw. She also studied journalism and took selected courses at other faculties.

MAGDALENA ZACZEK

Highly experienced manager in the field of communications in various areas of expertise and business sectors. Responsible for the coordination of stakeholders relations, including crisis management, issues reconciliation and change management. Handled and coordinated major change management programs for the companies representing government sector (Polish Air Force) and international business (Pernod Ricard ).
